Coordinator of the pet project of the wife of Imo state governor, Nneoma Nkechi Rochas Okorocha, “Nneoma Women” in Ngor Okpala, Hon. Chidinma Okereafor has charged Ngor Okpala women to remain steadfast and supportive of the rescue mission administration in the state, saying that Rochas Okorocha's government has become a blessing the people of the area.

Hon. Okereafor gave the charge Saturday during a meeting tagged “Meeting of Umunwanyi Rochas” organized by political appointees from the area held in the APC office at Umuneke the council headquarters, urging them to continue to believe in the ideology of the rescue mission and leader of APC in the state, Governor Rochas Okorocha. Speaking on the achievements of the rescue mission administration under governor, Rochas Okorocha, the Nneoma coordinator and commissioner in ISOPADEC, representing Owerri zone declared that Rochas Okorocha has turned the political fortune of Ngor Okpala from nothing to major, positing that every Ngor Okpala indigene especially the women have immeasurable reasons to remain grateful to the Okorocha's government.
According to her, Ngor Okpala has been positioned in the political limelight of the state under Rochas Okorocha, adding that Ngor Okpala today has a name in the comity of states and has been equally connected to the national grid. The happy and excited looking Coordinator furthered that the women have been given their due rights and made important in the system even in appointments, stressing that with what the people have gained from the present government, no woman has the gut to oppose the ideology of the government in the continuity project, hence she vowed that there is no Ngor Okpala APC woman who belongs to the controversial Coalition group, aka Allied Forces in the state.
The commissioner flanked by the wife of Hon. Obinna Egu, the member for Ngor Okpala state constituency in the Imo state House of Assembly, Dr. Mrs. Chioma Egu noted that for the good works of the government to continue, anywhere the governor leads them, there they shall all join, anyone he chooses as successor, it is the same person they would all support, saying that the choice of Ugwumba Uche Nwosu as Owelle's successor in the 2019 guber poll has been signed and sealed.
She opined that nobody can negotiate otherwise in that matter. In the fight against the governor by the Coalition group, Chidinma warned that nobody can push the governor, his women and other believers out of APC, a family they built, furthering that the people who today are struggling and waxing stronger to inherit the party and equally occupy juicy positions and push foundation members out were the same people who branded the party with all sorts of derogatory and unprintable names during its formation stage, including co-naming them “Boko Haram party”, insisting that the women must resist them and their actions. She however urged the women to preach and practice peace in the party even amidst provocations as home builders and defend APC at all times. In her submissions, Dr. Mrs. Chioma Egu implored the women to remain reliable and resilient, saying that the political storm in the state would soon be over and the party would emerge stronger, describing it as a normal process in every democratic system and maintained that it would have no bad effect. The local government secretary, Hon. Mrs. Mgbechi Onyekachi while addressing the women said Ngor Okpala is for Rochas and Uche Nwosu. The ward women leaders in their separate speeches said the governor deserves undistorted support and they are witnesses to his gestures which they would definitely reciprocate during the 2019 elections.
