We will continue to appreciate and thank nde Imo both within Nigeria and in the Diaspora for the solidarity and support that have seen us confront Governor Rochas Okorocha even with our hard earned personal resources and at the very risk of our personal lives and property.

We will continue to appreciate and thank nde Imo both within Nigeria and in the Diaspora for the solidarity and support that have seen us confront Governor Rochas Okorocha even with our hard earned personal resources and at the very risk of our personal lives and property.

We hereby reiterate that in all our thoughts and actions the overriding objective remains to challenge Okorocha's hegemonic rule. We will do everything within the law of our land to dislocate his desperate and avowed orchestration for a third term through the proxy of his son-In-law who also doubles as his chief of staff. History and posterity will not forgive any son or daughter of the land who looks the other way as the governor attempts to overrun the people with a fraudulent and wickedly punitive administration.
As you are all aware, the boldest move to terminate Okorocha's familiocracy in 2019 was almost concluded but for the court annulment of the congresses of May 5, 12 and 21, 2018 by a Federal High Court, Owerri – which for us remains a temporary setback. Ever since then so much have passed and are still passing under the political bridge of Imo State nay Nigeria. Typical of the evolving scenarios, we have followed and prosecuted the arising challenges (including five pending court causes) with technical diligence and equanimity. We want to assure all people of concern in the state that we will not relent in our commitment to give verve and traction to the legitimate wish of nde Imo to confront Okorocha's unprecedented impunity. All court matters, if it so becomes necessary will be prosecuted up to the Supreme Court to save the state from a calamitous rape by an infected emperor!

With a high sense of humility, responsibility and self-fulfillment and on behalf of the suffering and embarrassed people of Imo State who are supporting us with a deafening solidarity, we opine that the Imerienwe Declaration is so far achieving its set objectives towards stopping Okorocha from having a third term through his son-In-law:
1.    The Imerienwe Declaration is a DISCLAIMER that not all those who had worked with him or seen around him support or condone the massive deceit of the Okorocha administration.
2.    We have been able to let the whole world know and the world is now aware that contrary to the philanthropic and God-fearing perception he had hitherto arrogated to himself and conveyed to the outside world, Okorocha was and still is a hater of the people, untrustworthy and a wolf in sheep skin.
3.    For once it has dawned on him and the outside world that APC in Imo State and indeed South East - with its teeming following, is no more under the whimsical and capricious manipulations of one man.
4.    We have also successfully drawn attention to the TOTAL COLLAPSE of State Infrastructure, INCAPACITATION  of constitutionally established Institutions of government (except Government House, Owerri) which he swore on oath to protect and defend as a Governor as well as DESECRETING our core values, sacred and revered institutions like the Clergy, Pensioners, traditional institutions, the Judiciary, etc.
Since Okorocha has continued to shun the path of honour and statesmanship, since he has remained recalcitrant against the wishes and traditions of nde Imo, we hereby announce the commencement of our second phase of engagements with the good people of Imo State, nay the entire Igboland, home and in the Diaspora to stop the spread of the cancerous Okorocha tumour which was regrettably created and nurtured by nde Imo themselves – before it spreads, as it seems, across the South East. Okorocha remains Imo's biggest regret!
Imo people have had enough of Okorocha antics. They cannot be tolerated further.
