Iyke Nnadi has called on Imo people to offer what he identified as “undiluted support” for the incoming government of PDP under Chief Emeka Ihedioha, saying that what the governor-elect needs for now is prayers of the people.

Iyke Nnadi has called on Imo people to offer what he identified as “undiluted support” for the incoming government of PDP under Chief Emeka Ihedioha, saying that what the governor-elect needs for now is prayers of the people.


Chief Nnadi made the passionate appeal Saturday while interacting exclusively with Nigeria Moment Ogbaku shortly after the dedication of little Miss Adaeze Ezedire Eke, at the Seventh-Day Adventist Church, Ejemekwuru in Oguta local government area of Imo state. The PDP state officer posited that the prayers of “Ndi-Imo” for the incoming government must be paramount in their daily dealing because as the parents of the little Adaeze were happy over her birth and as a gift from God, so Imo people were happy about the birth of the new governor, Ihedioha whose emergence was divine. He will then rebirth the expected new Imo.
According to him, the celebrations that associated with the birth of the new baby was equally the type of joy which heralded the victory of Ihedioha at the polls as the new Imo governor, adding that since the parents of Adaeze took him to the altar of God for divine attention, so Imo people will roll out their drums in happiness on May 29, 2019 for the celebration of his swearing-in as the people's governor. 
The Nsokpo-Ogbaku, Mbaitoli local government area of Imo state born water engineer, cum pragmatic politician furthered that the administration of Ihedioha as governor would witness and usher in a system with a belief in cure democratic system that anchors on rule of law, principles of separation of power, due process and participatory government.
